how to get around the pattern day trading rule

hello sheep...I guess you scared me i wanted to go long this morning and did so shortly after the open, by buying a call....

even though the underlying spy is about 40 cents in my favor, the call is about 3 cents against me, If I had shorted a put it would be about 40 cents in my favor.
