How to get 4X leverage on indices, without margin?

And without time decay?

Leveraged ETFs, like DDM offer 2X leverage, is there a 4X one?

Want to hold them until a trend becomes clear, it may take months so don't want to lose any money on time decay/margin interest, as time passes.
When a trend becomes clear, I switch back to options.

Futures. You don't get exactly 4x, but you can adjust the number of contracts to get the correct exposure relative your account size/amount you wanna risk.
