Just watch TA, they will point you in the right direction. Look at what happened to Silver recently, there was no historical resistance when price started hitting $15, then there was strong pullback, followed by more upside. The second approach to $15 was showing divergences in TA indicators and price and IMHO, that is the best possible time to consider entry, as the first price peak's limit is very tough to 'predict'.
