How to find a good broker ?

Hi,

I'm french and I devellop software on the options trading (15months). Now I have 30.000$ and I want make money with the options trading.

The bug is the ticket to the trade (ticket + Xcontract). Only InteractiveBroker and MBTrading ask not the ticket.

You know another broker to trade the options and the stock without the ticket?

I contacted "Genesis Securities", they are very speed to reply, but they can't trade the options (for the moment).

What is the best ... to make the money and learn with a good broker ?

the rate of IB isn't very good.
A lot of trader have problems.
Maybe the traders aren't good.
I don't know if IB is the best broker to begin with options and stocks.
 
IB is really great for options with really great rates, you will have a hard time finding better rates with only 30.000 USD.
I know what I'm talking about there have been years when I have traded over 50000 options through them.

1. Play trader contest without entry charge -as example

2. Optionsbroker ,which are pure agent of principals

AMTD,OXPS and SWIM .Price by direct routing

AMTD 10$ +0.75$ per contract
OXPS 1.25-1.5$ per contract ,minimu 10
TOS customized offer 1.5 $ per contract ,no ticket ,no minimum (ask Scott Sheridan)
IBKR is not pure agent ,is market maker through TMWD
and price by direct routing is 1.75$

simulator .Test your strategy with paper money some 1-2 years

You chance to win in options market through years ,not better
as 5% (95% of retail operators would loose)

3. TRy to test or to trade only high volume options with low
spread -as example 0.99-1 or 2.51-2.54

There are IWM,QQQQ,FCX,NYX,RIMM,CAT,INTC ,CSCO,AMGN
& (you can search low spread programm by www.cboe.com)

Their fee structure, which is flat rate, period, is terrific (for retail) if you trade any kind of size (ie 10+ options contracts, 500+ shares.)

Another to look at is RML trading

They do have an (options) ticket charge, but the fee structure is 100% negotiable! If you actively trade, but with flucuating trade size, RML is one of the few (retail) out there that will aggressively compete for option and stock business with negotiated commissions and fees.

Optionshouse have not direct routing ! It would more expensiver in end effect .

RML software with direct routing must be payed
choicetrade is alsov must be payed until 90$ per month
