Hmm...I use Yoga breathing to relax during trades. A little stretching. Playing with a bean bag.
Also being RIGHT helps!

Never found masturbation helps me to relax. :p

Well i have noticed it myself. I did better trading when i was relaxed and not worried so much about what would happen.
