Not sure where you live but I tried this arrangement for 3 years. Maybe it was bad timing for me or I did not try hard enough to fill the space but you need well capitalized traders to make this arrangement work. Make the assumption that you and maybe one trader will stay long term. If you can handle the cost then great.
