How to do this type of order in IB TWS?

As an example, if I want to BUY 100 shares of SPY at market and sell 1000 shares of YAHOO at market at the SAME time, is there a way to put BOTH BUY and SELL order in ONE order so that once such SIGNLE order is submitted, I will BUY SPY and SELL YAHOO at the same time?

What is the order type of above?

Yes you can do this in IB.

Use BasketTrader and set the action on one to "BUY" and the other "SELL". Save your basket file so you can use it next time without having to re-enter.
