How to detect what's moving post market?

I often trade pre and post market. During premarket it's easy to check where the action is because the "Daily Volume" starts with 0 for the day, so it's just a matter of sorting your list on volume to see where the action is during premarket. But how to detect what is moving postmarket?
You cannot use the volume anymore, because it contains the volume of the whole day. Apart from following announcements ofcourse, do you have any suggestions to track stocks that are "still moving" during post market?
