How to deal with illegal immigrants

We now have an example of how other countries deal with illegal immigrants. Citizens of Mayotte are no longer putting up with all the crime and problems caused by illegal immigrants.

A group of residents from the Indian Ocean French island of Mayotte has been rounding up suspected illegal migrants and taking them to local police.

The move targeted around 100 "foreigners, Comorans and Africans", a member of the group told AFP.

Protests against the economic crisis and illegal immigrants from the Comoros islands have paralysed the island.

So you have no interest of what else is happening in the world and how other countries deal with illegal immigrants.

When illegal immigration becomes so bad after politicians ignore it (sanctuary cities come to mind) at some point the residents get furious enough to take action on their own. There is a lesson to be learned from this.

While we are at it we can also take a look at how Mexico and Canada both harshly deal with illegal immigrants when compared to the U.S.

I'm off to teach some immigrants here some Danish for St Patrick's day. It is a little complicated to explain, especially as even Danish people can't understand Danish.
