How to create Standard Deviation graphs in excel?

I'm trying to create standard deviation to see where values fall under 68% of the time. I can't figure it out...See the attached image for what it results in...

Ok, I'm getting closer. Now..How do I make the bell curve nice, this is a semi-curve..
