How to create basket of sector stocks ?

Hello,
how to create several basket of stocks sorted by sectors (for intraday trading, 100% nasdaq) ?

For example, I know what to put in a semi and internet stocks baskets, but how to find and update sector groups of nasdaq stocks with the highest volume ? Where to look at ?

what software do you use?? most sophisticated systems offer baskets that can be customized to include any stocks that you want.
