How to Create a Pegged-to-Midpoint Order on IB TWS?

I am able to create a Pegged-to-Midpoint order in the API, but I can't find it in TWS (classic).
Where is it? For a US stock there are only LMT, MKT, and REL. Where can I open a Pegged-to-Midpoint order?

Does the midpoint order move up and down with the market, or does it only become more and more agressive until it is filled like the REL order?

Follow up: It seems the mid point order only adjusts in one direction.
