since i was the one who brought up this topic i want to
tell you what the development in my "closing case" was:
In February, after months of useless message ping-pong with
datek cust. service, MY ACCOUNT WAS FINALLY CLOSED - BELIEVE IT OR NOT. I used the personal messaging feature which you have in your account options. They put my inquiry "ON HOLD" about 12 times, each time i logged in, i had to re-submit my query.
However, after ~13 weeks, it was closed.
I am glad that i can hope i will have my peace now. Maybe AMTD will not be buggin me.
