How to calculate futures R1-3, S1-3 and Pivot Point in Multicharts 3?

Anyone familiar doing this in MC? I'm somewhat old fashioned, and was doing it by hand or visual.

If no dice with MC, what is everyone using to calculate them with an index future? All I can find is the freebie ones on the net that tabulate stocks.
