How to buy leaps on EXK?

Hi,

I don't have much experience with options. I am bullish on EXK, and want to buy leaps, however my IB account only shows them out until May 2016. I want to go further out.

I initially wanted to have 100,000 shares of the stock at under $2. But that would stretch my capital, so am considering options. Am I correct in saying I can control the same amount of shares for around $30K?

The likely reason why this only goes out to May 2016 is because it is below $5, so it will it might get de-listed as an option.
