How to activate Buy/Sell alerts in Esignal?

Previously, we used another computer; when we migrated we lost the message boxes that appeared next to a candle.

Signals were originally installed by a guy who was working (not now) as a representative for our broker, Alaron.
 
Do you still have access to the other computer? This was probably done with an EFS formula. If you can access the other computer, you should be able to find the appropriate EFS files there and copy them over to the new computer. You're looking for .efs files somewhere in the Formulas sub-directory which are not present in the same directory on the new computer.

If you find and copy over the files, you'll then need to apply the formula(s) to the charts on you new computer.
