No point having discipline until you have a method that you believe in. Discipline without a solid method is called a "grind".

Once you develop discipline ...you will naturally put your emotions on hold. It's actually pretty easy to do but takes a few months of hard work.

Sadly it doesnt work like that either.
You can never be sure your method will work in the future.
All you can do is trade it, if it makes money it makes money, if it doesnt it doesnt.
You just have to pull the trigger on every trade and hope for good market conditions.
Hopefully you will make money but the markets can be brutal to your method for extended periods.
