To be more precise, that 'Trade' of 16000 contracts was an Order of 16000 contracts that got filled on multiple trades, or transactions. Happened at 13:21:14 that day. You won't see a single print (or trade or transaction) of 16000 contracts.

oops - my bad. For some odd reason I got spun thinking that big trade was made on election day. My bad... I pulled an all nighter partying and it showed that day.
