They've always taxed booze high - not kept in touch with these issues of late so need to catch up.

Hard drinking is what Swedes do but Finns can drink the whole lot under the table

During my time there nobody came close and foreigners all knew each other due to Immigration issues and language school thru' the government with continuing classes perennially
