how soon do we hit dow 4000?

what does your gut feeling or your superior market analysis skills tell you......how long will it take for the dow to reach 4000?

3600 is the number, it was around 10 years when they predicted DOW would hit 36000.

This reminds me of days not too long ago when people were predicting Dow 15000 and 20000. I'm as bearish as I have been since Dow 10k all the way up to 14k and back down to 6800 and still believe we go a lot lower, however when calls this low start to become the headlines in the trading forum I feel somewhat positive on the markets. The markets are headed lower and believe once they get there they will trade in a very narrow range and new highs will take decades to appear once again.

Believe or not, the sp00z could rally to 1400 and its PE ratio would only be 22..lol, which is where it was in 1996 BEFORE the tech bubble.

This may be a citibank crisis, but not an economic crisis.
