How select are they really?

Prop Firms. They hire alot of "young talent".

Are these firms really quite selective with their math and aptitude tests or are the tests just BS and they go by a throw mud against the wall and see what sticks.

Or, is it such an elite business to become good at, that it is very selective AND they throw mud against the walls.

I have several offers for prop firm training programs. How good of an opportunity is it to take up an offer. Basically, I am wondering if I actually made it here due to good testing skills, resume, and interview, or if they just sign you up and there you go.

if you can scratch your own ass and put up 5k to learn nonsense before you loose your deposit and they throw you out... or the SEC comes down for giving 25:1 instead 4:1 your golden. They take anyone that can breathe aslong as they will put up capital... it's all about commission bottom line!

If you're putting up money all the firm cares is that you have a pulse.

If the firm is backing you they want to make sure you're smart. If you're an idiot, it's not worth risking money on you in their eyes.
