...actually have something to say, then post. But if you are just mumbling about something, keep it to yourself. The question was, how realistic something was? The answer is, it is not realistic. We didn't say it was impossible, we just said it wasn't very probable.

If 1 out of 10K traders can do it, that is still a very low probability, so average traders shouldn't dream about it. So stop the whining and let's keep it real. Or post about your friends who did it, you know, just for motivation...

No, the real reason is that having some dollars to open an account is all you need. No knowledge about trading is needed, no proof of anything. Even the biggest idiot with a few bucks can start.
The only unrealistic expectation is that most people think they are smarter than average. Like 90% of drivers think they are in the 10% best group.
Even without any leverage at all most cannot make consistently money. But for their ego they have to find any cause for their failure, as long as it is not their own inability. Nobody wants to admit he's a loser.

Many have the same attitude as someone who wants to do hart surgery, but never had an education as a doctor or surgeon. No wonder accidents happen with most of them.

Off course, some will be smarter than average, but they are a minority. And mathematically it is 100% sure that some will be smarter if not there can be no "smarter than average" people.

I don't think that setting up any kind of daily goals is realistic. Sometimes you can profit a lot more than that goal, sometimes you shouldn't trade at all. Forex trading is a business of opportunity, if the opportunity is there - good, but if it's not it's best not to trade at all.

wow you're a headcase. I am writing down my proven strategy while you go around criticizing others, you should put your energy into something creative and helpful. My strategy is my legacy to my family when i pass on. And you're peanut gallery with profitable paper trade account. move along little man LOL
