How Pizza Hut stopped innovating its pizza and fell behind Domino’s

Maybe my taste buds have changed, but it was pretty damn good pizza when I was a kid, compared to now, but I feel the same way about White Castle burgers too. Not sure if the ingredients/quality differ today.
