How Pizza Hut stopped innovating its pizza and fell behind Domino’s

...

That's about it with these damned fast-food pizza chains. I hate the lot of them. Yes, they work, I get it. But they AIN'T REAL PIZZA!
That.

Dough, tomato sauce, mozzarella, olive oil, garlic, oregano and gotta have red pepper flakes.

Meatballs, sausages and peppers go on a plate of pasta. Salad is for the salad bowl. Fruit is for the fruit bowl. Anchovies stay in the can.

Toppings are for cakes. Hmmm cake. :D

One last one: Sicilian over Neapolitan, most of the time, depending on the joint.

Mreh, in Manhattan before Times Square was cleaned up? We had whippets and porn shops. *SNIFFS*

lol

I was born & raised in Kenilworth; a few miles North of the city on the lake. Just a great place to grow-up.

So you're ordering Domino's? Chik fil A is good, portions are very small.

No, tonight I'll head over to the McD crap place simply because I have some coupons for a deal. Men are the worst coupon whores ever, WAY worse than women. I see a deal, I will take it. I have the new Chick-Fil-A to check out as list #1, and Blaze would be number 2, next time I am in downtown Boston.

We had a house in Orleans on the Cape.

We had a Summer home in Orleans on the Cape.

I don't go to the cape ever, I just hear about it on the news. Like Hyannis, P-town, etc. There are way too many bullshit little towns in MA to care about, who can remember all of them?

Oh, but the Vineyard? Sure, there's Oak Bluffs, Gayhead, Vineyard Haven, etc blah blah blah. All I think of while I exist here is Chappaquiddah, Mary Jo Kapecknie! *gurgle*

Fukin Kennedys!

We skipped school senior year and drove down to Wrigley for a Cubs game. We stopped at Uno for lunch ....

Growing up in Chicago in the late 80s was fantastic.
I had Uno in Valley Stream, NY back in late 80's when I worked close by at JFK Airport. Honest opinion, I thought it was ok. Beers were much better. Maybe because it was a franchise and/or company store and not an original - obviously. I don't know? But I believe I grew up on the best - NY pizza. Not to ever be confused with NY "Style" pizza sold around the country.

Every time I visit the Big Apple I make a stop into Spumoni Gardens in Brooklyn (one of many fine NY pizza ummm dining establishments), there since 1939. "Try it, you'll like it".

lol I liked Uno in Valley Stream... damn forgot about that place. We have a lot of great Pizza places on the Island. There's Uno Pizzeria in Queens, Brooklyn, and somewhere in Manhattan still.
