There's still money to be made in the market. And there'll always continue to be.
That kind of thinking is defeatist and close-minded and old.

Everyone was an 'elite trader' back in the mid/late 90's, ...then the reality tidal wave...Hand of God... smacked everyone around,

I remember seeing my first silver Porsche 996 Turbo on the road next to me at point back then...it left my mouth open and salivating, o_O
It looked like a shiny, lustery pearl...that could fly into space,. UFO ET

Liquid Hot Magma...was boiling under everyone's feet back then...waiting to spew its fury inevitably,
You are correct, the money is there, just not as easy, least not for me. Yes, everyone was a genius back then and I never could come close to duplicating late ninties, early 2000. Had a few short term runs afterwards, but fizzled out quick. Too old to take much risk now and I took a heavy hit during the crash. Fun money is limited. All in all I did alright for a regular Joe Smoe. No real complaints, just remembering the good old days. I'll leave the real trading to you pro's and I'll pick up a crumb here and there.
