By 1970, the vast majority of those American families who were living in poverty had flush toilets,

By the 1990's every household rich or poor have a "low" flush toilet that doesn't work.

And if you learned grammar in elementary school, you'd know how to capitalize proper nouns. Your point?

TVA is a whole different subject, but unfortunately it's not magic pill that proves "big government is great" like you think. But go on and believe brainwashing like a "free thinker."

the point is that you right wing morons that hate everything government does dont even have enough education in history to understand that it is government that brings some of the greatest advances in this country.
the government made it possible to settle the west through land grants, it was government that made it possible to build the railroads that built the country,it was the government that built the dams that produce much of our electricity, it was government that built the power grid that gets electricity to the middle of the country, it was government that built the highways we drive on and it was government that built the airport system that allows flying.
