How much would you pay?

Wrong. I suppose some say they do, but few actually. (Is 7200 sq ft, "huge"? Doesn't seem like it.)

You're treading on thin ice girly.... basically suggesting I'm a fraud when you know nothing of me. (Your mama should have taught you better manners.) Strike one.
I think she has a not so secret crush on you.

You must have signed a contract with that trader a year (or more) ago. So I guess they need to be paid as per that contract. In case you're looking to include profitshare in a new contract, prop firms pay about 50%.

Not saying that 25% would be guaranteed.Nobody can give guarantees about trading PL.However, if the trader had produced >25% in his two previous years, and then was already >25% for 2018 so far, would he be worth considering?I know that risk/drawdowns come into the equation as well.If max drawdown was -20%, is it still a good choice?

Are you looking for investments, to put it straightforward?

Not at the moment.Just trading for family and friends.
It's where the big trading starts happen. The less you know the person the less is responsibility problem in case of bad results. Agency risk problem...
