If you're new, you can't help it. But once you've figured out who knows what they're talking about and developed an Ignore list for the rest, you'll be surprised at how little time it takes to read what's useful and/or necessary.

DB has hit the nail on the head. After a time you get a feel for who is worth reading and who are the dross fit only for one's "Ignore" list.
