How much tax does Reits in London Stock Exchange charge for foreigner?

I am not a UK resident and may buy Reits in LSE through IB brokage. I cannot find out how much tax do they charge through Google. I mean all the tax includes buy/sell/dividen tax. Please share if you know, thank you.

The capital gains tax is the rate you pay in your home country.

I am Hong Kong citizen now and the capitial gain tax from hong kong stock market is zero over here. Then do I need to pay tax if I buy UK Riets?
