You must be running water cooled. 3.60GHz is the max with air cooling I believe.

On the P4EE 641, that's only +20% on stock voltage, someone got up to 5Gz from that chip on air for suicide shot. Could go 4.266 (+33%) on stock voltage if I run water cool now.

Will go water cool on the next one.
