How Much Hotter Is Your Hometown Than When You Were Born?

When I was born we didn't have mesonet stations to collect data. Today I can drive and see several around the area, all sitting about 10-20 yards off the side of the highway.

This is mine...LOL
I was born in Alaska. Maybe it's cooler now than when I was born there.

The Anchorage area is not prone to 90-degree days. Please try another city or town, like New York or New Delhi.

Call me up when you have something that is from a credible news source.

This is the problem here folks.

Yes, facts DO matter. The easy dismissal of them is what the current POTUS does, but smart literate people should not.

Actually, the US as a whole has not increased as much as other parts of the world.

Yes, the ice is melting everywhere because of where the thermometers are.

If they actually had some real global warming in Maine where i was born, I might consider moving back. If I were back in Maine in January and I had a chance to put my hand on the global thermostat I would crank that puppy up to about 82 and put my Hawaiian shirt on.

Sure it might cause French Polynesia and Bikini Atoll to go under water, but, frig em, they can move. We are talking about my personal comfort here. What's more important than that?
