How much has been enough for you?

So now I'm seriously considering continuing to work and trade simultaneously until my account gets to around $200K.

Then I think I'll be set for life to trade full-time and start a family....

I'm not in trading, but I didn't seriously consider quitting my staff job for the risk business until I was

1. making 1x my annual salary working part-time
2. had minimum 300k net worth
 
you will never quit!

life is short. working on a regular job to build $300k net needs long time! for an averaging job, may be lifetime, most may end in the middle even broken because of job loss/economic downturn,unsavvy investment mistake....
