Is it like base commission + $1.5/RT? or more or less?

Another question may I ask.

2. I am a C# programmer. Is it possible to develop my own strategy with C# not C++? probably not...

3. Is their real-time quote reliable?
Are they affiliated with a vendor such as eSignal? Do they have forex cash market quote?

I would appreciate any input.
