bollocks. Agree with the other posters, this is an unrealistic number. 220k tops is my guess is currently fair value and even then you need to have an outstanding roster of top level research and projects, done. And working at banks is a dead-end street anyway, no surprise the brightest do not show interest working at a bank. If then hedge fund but banks are dead.
