I predict a hung jury.

The flap over her $25k handbag was interesting. Conventional wisdom was that it was a serious faux pas, and would offend a middle calss jury. I'm not so sure. Her attorney should take that bag and wave it to the jury and say, "This woman spends more than you make in a year on a friggin' handbag. Do you think she gives a damn about a $60k loss in a stock?"
