how many trades do you execute per day trading the ES, NQ, YM?
1,5,10,20,50,100,200?.....NOTE: if you trade 1 contract or 100 contracts at once, that counts as 1 trade...and a trade is defined as "open" and "close" the position...

I trade S&P but sometimes I trade the e-minis. In such a case, I would do 20 to 30 ES trades per day, 10-lot trades, scaling in and out.

With S&P - about 10 to 12 per day, 3-lot trades

NQ: hardly, I focus on ES or SP but if the NQ trend is stronger than ES then I trade NQ, 10-lot trades

I'm a swing trader, so I average between 0 (no setups) to 2 or 3 (if stops get hit).
