how many seconds does it take for the datafeed to get to your computer

I live on the west coast and have an account at genesis and IB and use their data feed. When I receive the bid/ask/last on my computer how many milliseconds/seconds is that delayed normally?

run netstat command while tws is running and you'll find it

It depends on your location , your account etc..
