How many points / day are you making in the ES ?

Thus, it doesn't seem inconsistent to me. It seems like his profit curve has declined and that it's not as easy as it was a few months ago. Heck, by end of year, he could post another thread that's completely different than these two threads only because his profit level has changed again.

Nothing unusual considering the markets is always changing. Thus, profit levels change too.

Mark, you make a very good point. If you asked me earlier this year, when many ES days ranged 10 pts, how much an ES trader should average per day, I would've said maybe a couple pts. If you asked me based on the price action on on May 7th how much an ES trader should average per day, I would've said 20 pts.
 
Well, then you don't 'get it' yet. You get some of 'it', but there is a lot of 'it' left to learn. Be humble, it sounds like this is a bit of a weak point for you based on the march 'rant'.
