How many people here actually make a living?

If youre not joking. You are scum. Leaching off other peoples money (taxes) when you dont have to. I hate government handouts and hate the people that dont need them and use them even more.

Quote from KINGOFSHORTS:

I live in a Section 8 housing and trade with free money thanks to Obama. You guys are the suckers.

I get paid to watch Jerry Springer, My housing is free and I get free gambling money thanks to Obama.

Just curious how many people here make at least $50,000 per year doing trading. And if so, how much your capital is.

nunja

Appears you're not smart enough to get wealthy off welfare.

I suggest you open a bank and then apply for TARP funds and then pay yourself a Billion $ bonus.

My guess, right from my ars:

Paper traders, and charlatans - 80%

Under $0 (losers of actual hard earned $$$) - 18%

0 to $50,000 = 1.5%

$50,000 to $499,999 - 0% (None, zilch, zero)

over $500,000 - 0.5%

IMO a trader makes money or not. No middle class.

Forget it. If we are 10 000 people here, there are 50 who average above half a million? Divide that by 5, transfer the remaining to the paesants.

It seems your ars isn't very statistically adept.

Even if the p/l thread is 100% BS, and I know it's not, if there are sub 50k earners here as well as some who make over 500k, there would be an extremely high prob of a few showing up who make a figure somewhere in between.

But then again, I'm just using your arses numbers as a guideline.

10,000 aliases. There are users here with 10 aliases. More like 1000 active users. But the ad rates are high. Either I am wrong or the advertisers are schmucks. Probably I am wrong.
Forget the numbers I posted. Pure guess on my part.
The point I was trying to make is that, in the long run, a trader makes good money or none. One can have few small years out of luck. I true successful trader will make a killing for years.

What sets him apart from the others? Capital, knowledge, luck, insider info or all 4?

I shall use the last line of your quote for inspiration as I start my journey in trading.
