How many of you do a "homework" every single day?

I do, but it's not as time consuming as you would expect. I have about 50-100 stocks that I trade well and exhibit what I look for, and I just go over them after the close. Usually at least half of them aren't even in play. Journaling is a different story though. I write down something every day but its nowhere near the level of detail I wish it was.
 
I spend an hour and a half every day updating a spread sheet with 160 stocks and while doing that watch videos from bloomberg and other providers. Yes, I could automate the spread sheet but doing it manually allows me to ponder and watch the videos/podcasts i.e. gives me a feel for the stocks, I otherwise won't have.
 
Like clock work – I too have a list, review EOD and basically cull out the undesirables for the coming day…

Takes ~30 min and allows me to detox and get my feel back
