Well. I am practicing in Demo mode just now and doing well. But the markets character changes on some days and I do not have any way of knowing what kind of day it will be. I am struggling with this just now. I have recently made my scalping safer for certain days but have capped my profit-abilities on the good days.

Do you think I could try trading under water?

I don't take Fri off except when it is holiday.

Generally, Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri are the best days for trading.
worst days are holidays, Sat and Sun.

Last year, the last 2 weeks of July were dead. You could have taken your vacation then. In 2016 the same between mid-July to Sept.

The problem is you just never know before hand, but generally speaking the mid to late summer days are supposed to be slow...
