How long does it take, before my first thread will be displayed?

I have posted one (maybe my first) thread on ET an hour ago.

My Account however was set up on "Montag, 7. Mai 2018 um 18:08 Uhr". So why is it, that my posts can't be displayed publicly? Would you please explain that to an IT professional since 30 years (me).
 
Your posts don't instantly show up until the first two or three have been manually approved. I just approved the first group of posts you submitted so you shouldn't have any problem from this point forward. Each post you submit should show up instantly from now on.
