Getting my taste back a little bit when eating something sour and smell a little when I hold a bottle of bleach or ammonia directly under my nose.A few days ago I couldn't taste or smell those things.

Iceland has tested 10% of their population (highest test rate so far) and 50% of infected cases show no symptoms.

Flu symptoms for 12-13 days and still havent gotten taste and smell fully back,maybe 10% of it.Thanks for the well wishes

Never heard of Quercetin.Others recommended Zinc but it was sold out at the few stores I went to in the beginning.I ordered some from Amazon and started taking it the last few days.I feel better but I think it was the virus just running its course more than the zinc but its very possible the zinc helped.
