The website will be online next week, according to Mr. Green and all the required information will be posted on the sight, including the Disclosure Document. He and Alex are partners in this business and Alex will be doing 90% of the trading.

He claims to have been trading other people's money in the YM for 14 months and it's possible he did that with a POA and under the radar screen of the NFA if he had less than 15 clients, because he recently got registered with the NFA.

Is it legal to hedge fund trade and run chat room? Seems like conflict with actual investor types but wat da I know?
