If you are registered with the NFA I assume you are a CTA and not a hedge fund. Where can we find a copy of the DDOC and the most recently audited returns?Quote from Spectra:

Where are you getting this information about his ads and track record? If they were managing futures accounts for other people they had to be registered with the NFA. If it was a proprietary account there is no need to register.Quote from startraitor:

Surely not you, Geoff. Nor PureTick. I suggest you choose your words more carefully.
Also, a managed futures fund is not necessarily a "hedge" fund.
P.s. Are you going to let me reschedule the trial that I paid for--and have not attended due to prior commitments--or not? I sent Alex a PM which I'm sure you read (since you're a 50-50 partner) seeking some reasonable consideration to your obtuse logic and refusal.
