There is a trader prepare to practice in the demo for more than two years, if in long-duration demo still lack in confidence, maybe in real will not differ much, real trading involved emotion, when losing money it's real, trader maybe felt regret and so sad.

You can start with babypips forum, there are lots of educational resources there which will give you the fundamental knowledge which are necessary to start trading forex. More than that, there are also many different videos on youtube which are really useful for the traders. In addition to that, there are lots of brokers which have strong educational resources which are of great use for newbies on the forex market. I like forex trading because of the fact that there are lots educational resources which are free of charge and available to everyone who has the internet access.

Yes indeed in the demo account will be free from emotional pressure, it's about psychology, at least in the demo will get something lesson that can be learned, and to improve strong psychology, real trading will become a real battle.
