How high will the market go if the debt ceiling is raised?

Seems like this market is having a euphoria today just based on a proposal... will we explode to the upside once the ceiling is raised?

It might be a case of buy the rumor and sell the news.

I was thinking that stocks would go up, gold down (which both did), but was surprised that bonds went up! Could someone explain this? Higher debt selling would mean more supply. So why bonds went up?
