To go from a prop firm (or "prop shop") to Institutional S&T at a company like Lehman, Goldman, etc?
How hard is it to do that vs get into Institutional S&T straight out of college (Undergrad, top-25)?
Hiring season is all but over and I fear that I will be unemployed come graduation
I dont think their hiring much lately
