How hard is full-time Trading

I asked because you mentioned “setup” in the singular. So I wasn’t sure exactly what you meant. But go ahead and be an International Man of Mystery if you must. :p
Setup is just another fancy word for rule(s). It doesn't matter whether you trade just one setup or multiple setups, or one market or multiple markets. The context might be different each time, but the setup or the rule itself will remain the same.

Did that answer your question? Now don't be such a noob in the future. :sneaky:

I was curious about the people you were talking about because of the way you phrased it. I thought you were being more specific than you evidently were. All you had to say is that they traded the first couple of hours. Period. That would not have piqued my curiosity. But thanks for the clarification.

I'll try. No guarantees.

I've converted from part time to full time trading, and back again, several times.

Being a contract engineer living on the road I could afford to lose, so I did, often!

Once I had a year or two off to study trading and narrow the focus, the results begin to appear.

The biggest threat was the lonliness, and need to belong, which can encourage you to go along with prevailing sentiment.

But the greatest advantage was BURNING THE BRIDGE! (read Think and Grow Rich)

-full time trader now, up on the year thanks to AI stocks

If you have the luxury to quit working, even for a few months, try it. It's awesome!
Good Morning Wide Tailz,

I never want to be a full time trader.
