How governments become a parasite on the public

The monks should win this. I'm no lawyer, but the sherman anti-trust act should cover this. The state funeral board is obviously acting as a monopoly, so they have no case.

If i remember the law right, the monks could sue and get awarded up to $10 million based on what I remember from the sherman act.
